Tech Support was completely unfamiliar with the 8125, with questions like "Is that a PDA phone?" so be prepared if you have to call - you may be better off just searching google.
It locked up 3 tined in the first 6 hours I played with it. Processor is way too slow. It takes amlost 2 minutes to boot up before I can make a call. Also, everytime I edit a calendar item it takes about 2-3 seconds to open anything after I click on it.
It got even worse when I loaded Pocket Informant and Sprite Backup on it. These completely overwhelmed the processor and locked up the device.
It's a great looking phone, but it needs a faster processor for sure. 195Mhz is pathetic.
I sent it back and am waiting for either the HTC Hermes, the Loox T830, the Ipaq 6915, or the Treo 700W, which ever is released first.
