BitPim and the Motorola V3c

I can find very little online about using Bitpim to turn MP3s into ringtones for a RAZR V3C (US Cellular). I have an LG VX7000 (Verizon) and Bitpim is works phenomenal for me. However a friend of mine got a data cable for his RAZR V3C (US Cellular) and I can make everyinng except the ringtone thing work. I'm pretty sure that it will not work with BitPim. Please correct me if I'm wrong or if you know of another programs which will work to add ringtones to a US Cellular RAZR. THANKS!!!!

I am not real sure about USC, but with Alltel, I used Motorola Phone Tools. I created my mp3 clips with Audacity. I could not get them to transfer at first. I let my phone charge fully, then tried again and they transferred with no problems.

BTW, I did not purchase a cable, the one from my Olympus camera worked just fine.
