Motorola RAZR V3c
Help! PLEASE!
Hey! I have a Verizon Razr V3c and just recently updated from software ver. 0.3 to 0.4 and I also downloaded and updated Motorola Phone tools to the lastest version(4.00) but I still cant upload pictures and ringtones to it! Does anyone know what to do?? 😢 Thanks SO much in advance!

In MPT is your phone set to V3Cm or V3C, it needs to be set to V3Cm in order to access the multimedia program.

Dont know what to tell you, I have the Moto UI, so I have never had that problem, I just thought maybe what I said wold help you.

My phone is the same way (.03 to .04). The reason why you cannot do it is because version .03 disabled the multimedia function already. Flashing your phone to .04 did not restore that capability. Verizon does not want its customers to be able to transfer photos and ringtones with MPT. They want us to pay for it using Get It Now.
To activate the multimedia function, you'd have to "seem edit" your phone. It's hacking it in essence. This topic has been covered ad nauseum both here and at Howard Forums. If you search the forums, you'll find out how to do it.
