Hey I was just wondering what does the .03 software fix?? Does the .03 software have any cons?? Is it worth upgrading to it?? Thanks in advance.

It 'fixes' the OBEX that Verizon did not have time to cripple before Christmas. You need the .02 to transfer files.

I recently exchanged my .02 version RAZR under the 15-day worry free exchange for a newer .03 version. I absolutely love the phone, but then again, I don't file share, transfer data, etc.

The thing I found that is better on the newer .03 version is the keypad seems sturdier, my HS 850 bluetooth now has the one touch voice activated dialing, and the time automatically updates. I have also had no issues with slow software navigating through the phonebook, tools, pic/text messaging, and Get It Now.

When I did the exchange, I had the verizon rep search their inventory for a box with the most recent ship/manufact date.

Hope this helps.
