Pink Razr...
I just got my pink razr this afternoon and girls let me tell you this is a must have. Its awesome. Its so pretty I don't even wanna use it. It took everything in me to take the plastic off. That might sound nuts to you but its true. The wallpapers are finally girlie instead of masculine. This phone is gorgeous!!!!

I wasn't so fond of the regular RAZR, but I LOVE pink. My Mom passed away a year ago last September from Breast Cancer and I collect pink ribbon items as well as almost anything pink! I am seriously considering giving this a try. Couple of questions, if you don't mind,
~It looks like in the pic on the website that their is pink around the keys, does it illuminate pink?
~Is it a matte pink or glossy?
Anything else you can describe or say about it would be great!

First off I am so sorry to hear that about your mother.
Yes- around the keys are pink, but they light up blue. However its really cool because the blue light coming through the pink cover makes the light glow lavender. Its really cool.
The pink is hard to describe. Its kinda a mix of matte and gloss. It's a really pretty pink. I would describe it as a shimmer pink.
I was hesitent to go into this phone because my silver razr was awesome performing and I didnt wanna switch and get a crappy built phone but so far so good. Key pads in tact and it seems to be working fine. Exterior clock included. I love the wallpapers. They are feminine instead of the usual masculine. I love pink so of course I love it. I still have the other. I'm gonna sell it. I would like to put a review up for the pink but I can't because the pink and the silver/black are considered the same on this site and I already posted one for my silver/black. phonescoop rules...one review per person per phone.

I'm not sure where you bought your pink razr, but I bought mine online so that I would get the $100 instant rebate, plus I had my $100 New Every Two credit...check out the papers this weekend and verizonwireless.com...it's $50 cheaper...I just called and the rep told me I have to call the online support #, which doesn't open til 8am...but they should be able to give us the credit...check into it...

Anybody notice the new Cingular "Pink Razr" released this morning??? Really nice color, better screen, no disabled anything, full Moto-menue, and you get back that over one-third of screen space taken up by all those (four) Verizon banners (five, when the message banner is up or speaker phone is on).
I gave up trying to put my little son's picture as my wallpaper. I kept trying, but the phone keeps covering his face with banners above and below an dyou have to mess with it forever to get the right size I guess... I gave up. I'm growing disheartened with my $420.00 Razr phone with only $39.95 worth of the cool stuff it's supposed to have.

Yeah the new Cingular "pink razr" is the same color as the cdma shimmering pink phone. I saw it on tv last night.

Actually, it's quite different when you see it. More of a flat bubble-gum pink. Not as "pretty" as Verizon's...but nice looking, and fully functional!!! I hate to say that kind of stuff about Verizon. But if I see another GSM RAZR user flaunt their Moto features or ask if I want to Bluetooth download some of their wallpapers or Ringtones, I might scream. Or look at my screen and give a look of pity at their first site of my home screen "and all those banners" I do wish I could get that "Verizon Wireless" Banner off of my 3 yr.old's forehead. But, It's like this... if you bought a brand new Name-brand Laptop Computer fully loaded, and then discovered that outside of just the basic computer functions, the other features were either disabled, c...

Oh I agree with you completely. I don't see any logic behind verizons thinking. The standard UI is such ****. I understand they want a standard for there phone but we should be able to customize it to some point. My biggest bitch is I do not want the red banner on my phone and I shouldn't have to tamper with my phone to get it off. The UI is too much memory for this phone, so instead of giving it reg moto software they put the UI in and therefore the phone has a delay. Don't get me wrong I love my razr. I truly do. But Verizon is just ridiculous.
P.s. I thought the commercial looked the same color as mine. I know the color verizon displays on line as the color of pink the phone is is not really the color. Its much prettier then on line.

The Cingular Pink V3c is on their website. If you're curious, have a peek. It is an exclusive color for Cingular, they told me this morning.

Oh my gosh I just went to Cingulars site and your right, it is way different. It really is like bubblegum pink. Even the magenta was goofy. VZW may cripple their phones, but at least they get the color right and they look good!!!!

I just read into it. This was a limited edition phone. However, they have quite a few for sale on ebay (brand new) and they are much cheaper (with buy now) then if you bought it out right from verizon.

I believe it was only a special through valentine's. I don't think they will have them anymore. When I got mine, the box said special pink edition and I know they only had a limited amount made from moto.

I visited a friend last Friday who had just gotten the Pink RAZR and she told me that she was told that it was a limited edition that would only be available until Valentine's Day. I thought that she perhaps misunderstood what she had been told and that it was a pre-Valentine's Days campaign to introduce the Pink RAZR as a permanent offering in their phone line-up but I guess what she said was correct. If this phone were simply out of stock, it would still appear somewhere on the Verizon website indicating "out of stock" as they've done with other phones.

Consider yourself lucky! I bought the Pink RAZR 2 weeks ago online from Verizon and I've had nothing but problems with it (I wrote a review on it). I went to a VZ store last week and they ended up sending me a new one because the Calendar wouldn't work - was freezing my phone.
Got the new one a few days ago, got it set back up, etc... now the Calendar freezes up, the phone resets sometimes for no reason, I'm getting a Fatal Error message when I try to create a new Txt or PIX msg, Bluetooth hangs up at random times... NOT happy with this at all.
I wanted to LOVE this phone, but I'm utterly disappointed and I think I have no choice but to get a different phone. :-(

For all you "pink" ladies out there, is the color of the Razr V3c a baby pink, or more on the lavendar side? I think that the Cingular version of this phone looks as if it is more on the fushia or magenta side. I was just curious. đ
