I'm glad to hear that everyone else is happy but Verizon is still pissing me off. I ordered a new phone with my NE2 back in early October and returned it imeadtaely. I sent it back with the pre paid label and apparently they never checked it back in, so now when I try to order the RAZR online I get:

Damn Verizon. I called and they said they fixed it and I should be able to order tomorrow, cross your fingers for me! I hope to be able to get it by Friday.

I have the same problem with my account but it's been like that for a year. They keep telling me the on line store is working on it. I gave up. 🙄
