OKay i knoe that this phone does not have OBEX and it wont bottom line. BUt if i buy a usb data cable for my razr and hook it up to my comp, can i download rings and stuff to it?

No you can't the want you to use get it now for ring tones it is about making money. Welcome to the world of verizon the best network costs you all the time.

There may be a hack available after it's release, like the V710 and E815 have. You'll need programs like PST Phone Programmer, P2K seem editing software, amd some knowledge to do it. Unfortunately we won't know for some time... 😁
