awful sound quality
Me again, after about a day of using the a950,I can't help but notice the bad voice quality coming from the other end, not to mention the high pitch whining that interrupts the conversation quite frequently. Should I switch to the e815, despite the weak hinge?

Look at the reviews, under recent and read the one from May 23rd titles "To the person with the...Annoying pinging sound ". And no, don't switch to the 815!

you should go with the e815 cuz its got much better voice quality, and doesn't have the vzw ui. sure the moto ui lags, but the vzw lags even more.

I'm on my 3rd unit of this phone and the audio quality is absolutely horrible. I guess cellphone manufacturers are so busy adding cameras and useless dial buttons that they forgot that a phone's main purpose is to act as a phone.
I recommend getting a different model, and that's exactly what I'm going to do. I'm so furious with this horrible phone that I may even switch carriers.
