Samsung SCH-A950

when I move it around quickly, it becomes "choppy" and slow and it takes awhile to refocus. like the frames become very choppy. my friend has a year old LG(forgot what model, but its really small, and looks cheap) and his doesnt go choppy at all when he moves it around quickly. i have the resolution set on 640 x 240(or whatever it is) and i never zoom in. so is there something wrong w/ my phone? i got the a-950 a week ago, but i didnt notice this last week...
