How do I get to my pix & flix?

Looks like the only way to view my pix & videos is to 1st turn on the camera or camcorder. THEN you see the My Pix or My Flix link. Is that the only way? (other than pulling the card to access by pc)

Menu>Get It Now>Get PIX and FLIX> then in there is MY PICS and MY FLIX

This new GUI is a little weird to get used to.

Thank you--that is a little counter-intuitive. I thought the GIN menu was for "getting", not viewing.
