Someone mentioned not being able to change to T9?
I think I read somewhere, but now can't find, that someone was having trouble permanently changing the message entry to T9 on this phone. If you go to "Messaging," then press the left soft key that says "settings," scroll down to "Entry Mode," and in entry mode select "Word." Hope this helps! 🙂
