Wut does the circular btuton on the front of the phone do? anyone know?

As far as i know its a "jog" button for MP3s. Im curious about the other buttons. The phonescoop pic shows a "menu" and "headphones" button, while VZW internal pics show those buttons as "Play" and "stop".

Anyone know which buttons are the ones on the released model?
