Can you set Mp3 ringtones on this phone?

I was thinking about changing my phone to SCH-A970, and I'm wondering if this phone supports the MP3 file ring tones as a customized option.
Do I have to buy some kind of data cable or something? Where can I buy that cable, if I have to? How much would that cable cost?

YOU HAVE TO BUY YOUR OWN MP3S RIGHT NOW FROM GET IT NOW, NOBODY CAN FIND DRIVERS THAT WORK FOR THE A970
