You guys are correct about seeing it at Best Buy already. I work there in the cell phone area. They have some kind of contract or deal that they are the only "retail store" that will have the phone until like october.

i was just at best buy and played with the a970, wasnt impressed!!! really didnt like the swival, to lose! and the camera wasnt that great, 8000 still blows it out of the water, and really the 8100 camera is real close to the 970!! but the sales person verson isnt going to get the phone at all????????????????

I just looked on Best Buy's website for this phone. I could not find it at all. So if it is apparently at the stores...why isnt it on the website???And why would Best Buy have it before a Verizon store??

I was at verizon today and they said that they most likely will not carry it because it did not pass their testing??? I'm thinking the last 3 phones that I have had passed their testing then this one must really suck!
