Navigate down to: "Get It Now".
Select "Checking Memory".
Follow the steps provided in checking the memory and it shows 60MB.
But keep in mind with electronic equipment containing memory, there could be "Volatile" and "Non-Volatile" Memory. Some memory could be user memory and other memory could be only for system use. Even some memory could be hidden and non-accessible. I do not think that all the answers are provided on memory availability as of yet.

970 has 60 MB internal memory -> that's shared between Brew and images/videos that are captured with the phone. this 60 MB could be used for pictures alone, videos alone, Brew applications alone, or a combination of all. And if this memory isn't sufficient, you could always add a miniSD card of any capacity and take many more videos/picts.

The A970 uses a microSD card (aka "Transflash")... not a miniSD card as mobiman stated... 😁
