Trust me, I will have this phone. I thought about getting the E815 in a few months but I liked the feature list of the Samsung better. I am alos sick of the current Moto software. If Moto would have had there new software release on the E815, I would not hesitate to buy it. Both phones are calling me but the Samsung seems to be a touch louder.

I don't think the GSM fanatics will be teasing us when this phone arrives...I'll be on the look out for it when it's time to renew my contract in December.

I have been patiently awaiting for this phone's arrival since I first caught sight of it in phonescoop's articles about CES (seems like last year almost...)
It just seems clunky. But for what it has, I think clunky is a good thing.

Yeah it could be Purple like the other Samsung (forgot model #) that's on Sprint's website.
But, I can't get over how gaudily nasty looking this phone is. The Kyocera with the 80's afro hairdo (a la Gumby and Bobby Brown), looks better.
Thanks Samsung for a full featured ugly phone. Glad it comes with bluetooth, I'd hate to have to use it while it's visible. Just leave it in the bag somewhere...deep.

i hate to be the barer of bad news but that swivel will only last a few months. everyone hated the other samsung that had the same feature. it breaks easily and the speaker connection goes right through the swivel. needless to say the places that sold them were returning and exchanging them almost immediately. too bad they had to do that to perfectly decked out phone. âšī¸

Yeah, I think the swivel will turn out to be a problem... it may be acceptable for a camcorder, but it's really pushing the envelope for a cellphone!! I never thought the swivel-screen-PDA's were any good, either. It's one more thing to break down on an already complicated instrument. But I'm willing to take a look at it... đ

i had the samsung A610 which had the swivel on it also never had a problem with the swivel or the camera which swiveled in 2 years but the signal quality sucked major a#$ i hoping this one would be better than most of the other samsungs i had none of them had good reception...
