Question about a movie I converted

I ran it through the decrypter and the converter but when I play it in quicktime the picture is messed up and is changing colors. What can I do to get it to work right? I just got my phone and haven't got my mini SD card yet so I haven't been able to try and put it on my phone yet.

make sure the settings are correct on the converter. It might work right on your phone, maybe the pixels on your computer were messing up.

Open the 3PG_Converter folder and run the Setup.exe and choose General: 3GPP+AAC General Setting.

Then run 3GP_Converter (3GP_Converter.exe)
Select QVGA Normal quality 15fps Stereo or Mono.

Thanks for the help.

I tried it again and it was doing the same thing. Hopefully its just my computer and it will work on my phone.

One more question. How do you do sepertate episodes of a show off a DVD?
