Nokia 6101 / 6102

I asked this question before, but I have a 6101 that I purchased from Target. The phone was sucessfully unlocked and worked first few days. It was a gift to my daughter. Now the phone has issue with not letting in phone calls. It prompts in bound callers for a password. I have no idea what to do. I am wondering if this has to do with the security settings, for call restrictions (pg. 45 of manual) Called Cingular, they were not helpful, said unlocked 6101 will not work with ATT system. Really? Sent question into to Nokia and they say they have no idea about this call restriction feature being available. Huh?.....Apparently the person who sent me the email response never read their owners guide. Anyway, there is also a reset function but...
