Nokia 6101 / 6102
PTT feature
I just got my 6102 on Friday & i've been tinkering all weekend. But, I have yet to find out about or use the Push-To-Talk feature....can anyone enlighten me on how I accomplish this. Thanks in advance.

i'm pretty sure only sprint uses PPT and this phone doesn't work with them.

The PTT feature for Cingular is not yet available - but is supposed to be up in mid - Oct. There are no plans (at least not at the moment) for T-Mo. But Cingular will be up soon. Allegedly with a $9.95 / mo add on to your plan.

This phone isn't going to support push to talk for cingular.
the plans are 9.99 individual and 19.99 for family plans. it will be available oct 13, but this phone doesn't use the kodiak ptt, so it's not going to work on cingular.

Yeah - but what if you bought the handset from Cingular? It would be branded and locked by Cingular - so why wouldn't it work?

PTTs been disabled from both the 6101 and 6102 as far as I know. But hey, I could be wrong.

6102 for sure, not sure about the 6101, but I would assume because TMobile doesn't have PTT yet.
