is it 850 MHz? What is that company?
...

Yes it is 850.
The name of the company is on the website - Cincinnati Bell - it's a local bell's wireless service. They contract with Cingular for the national coverage. This IS the phone that Cingular will sell.
I tried to buy the phone from them, but they don't cell it without service.
And look (on the website I sent), the buttons are small, not like in 6101. This sucks.
It's a matter of days till this phone will be sold unlocked on eBay.
...
how much do you think they will go for on ebay? I wish Cingular would release it soon. âšī¸

Cincinnati Bell's retail price is $249.99 (no contract), so you can expect up to $300 on eBay.
The only thing is that it's just a 1 week+ until Cingular will start selling them, so the eBay guys have to hurry. Most people will choose to wait and get the brand Cingular phone.
...
so cingular should have it in a week or so?

Aug 29th I read hear.
This was that last word from somebody-who said that that's what some Cingular rep said - not that we trust them anymore. but this person also read somewhere else that Cingular is scheduled to launch big new service that GSM never had before, also in 29th
having these two events coincide, make the 29 date much more credible information.
...
any idea how much cingular will be charging no contract?
...

I'd say the same as cincinati bell
...
Why didnt that website mention the PTT feature, just like the Canandian website no mention. I wonder if Cingular is going to have this feature.
...
it should be a little under $250 no contract with cingular once it comes out.
...
I wonder what "big new service that GSM never had before" means, any ideas? đŗ
