Picture ID?

The info on this page says that it has picture ID. Maybe I'm just an incompetent user (and very new to Nokias) but I cannot find the option to add a picture ID for a caller.

Any ideas?

Go to Contacts. Select a Contact. Edit the Contact. Highlight the name of the Contact. Select Options > Add Thumbnail > Select Image. Done.
