Best place/price to buy Krusell leather case for Nokia 6682??

Hey, just wondering where the best place with the best price to buy the Krusell leather case for this phone is(in the United States)? I've seen many for sell on ebay but they are all coming from Britain? thanks in advance-

I bought my 6620 Krusell case from Marquel.com. But they didn't have any for the Nokia 668* phones. So I bought mine from tps://www.pcs-ltd.com They are in N.Y, I am in Ca. and it was delivered the next day. Only thing is... it is a 6680 case, with the hole for the front camera. I couldn't find a 6682 Krusell anywhere. Even at Krusell.com, they only have one case and it is listed as being for 6680/81/82.
