Does this phone have the ability to access HTML sites, meaning will i be able to access real websites with this phone. I'm interested in information about the 6682(cingular version).

Yep. The phone has both the normal cingular 'web' option that will connect you to MEdia net as well as an opera browser. Both will allow you to navigate to an actual web page.

I tried navigating to www.niketalk.com in store today and it didn't work. Any idea why?
I connected to MediaNET, selected Options (left tab button), and selected Go To Address.
In addition, the sales rep' told me that I had to purchase a PDA phone to be able to browse the web that way.

Media net. And Cingular don't care if you use this phone with media net and opera.
