Multiple Phone Entries
So how do I consolidate phone numbers into a single entry for a person? Right now, I get multipel address book entries -- one for each phone number I have for a person in outlook. Thanks!

On your phone, open the address book, open the menu (top center button), go to setup, change "view" to "primary contacts."
You will then only see one entry per person, but can scroll sideways to get to other numbers stored for that person.
