Motorola SLVR L7
I think I have ruled out the SLVR L7 due to earphones!
Okay so I was all set to order the SLVR L7 but from what I have been reading, you can not plug earphone directly in to it like on the ROKR! You have to buy some silly adaptor and then plug them in! How true is this? If it is true how lame is that? I don't want to have to carry a freaking adaptor around when I want to listen to my music. Motorola has dropped the ball on this one!

True you need the adapter, Cingular gives you the small adapter free in box with phone. Headphones that come with slvr are good enough and they look hella cool!!
