I am planning to buy another V635 for my Brother is this site good. Anybody have experience dealing with this website.

I'd be suspicious of buying this phone one Ebay. Look closely at their shipping price AND what's included in the package. It's been reported on other sites that the contents would be missing the Trans card or something else.
Plus -- they charge $30 for shipping? Please!!!
Compuplus or simoncells offer a better deal in most cases. I bought mine from simoncells, at the time, for around $290. The prices have dropped since then.
I was pretty happy with Simoncells but their Status Update wasn't the best. However, I did get my phone and it's been great.
