V3 Razr vs. V635

I am patiently waiting to see if Cingular picks up the V635. I'll probably wait until the end of June, and then purchase a phone regardless.

Since I've been waiting it looks like the V3 Razr has dropped in price to $200 with a one-year contract with Cingular.

Any opionions on whether paying ~$350 for an unlocked V635 is worth the price compared to the $200 I can pay for the Razr.

Does the V635 offer any significant upgrades that set it apart from the Razr?

Thanks.

The two things this phone has that I didn't buy the Razr V3 because of are the megapixel+ camera and the removable memory card.. the Razr specs seemed pretty similar to the V600 (I although the V3 sure does look sharper).. I keep filling my V600's 5mb shared memory up with mp3 ringtones and pictures.

Well after much debate, I went ahead and got the V3 Razr.

It cost me $50 with a one-year Cingular contract.

It seems the only 3 upgrades that the V635 has over the V3 is:

1. MP3 player - I already own an ipod
2. Memory card - don't need one since I am not using my phone to play mp3s or take many pictures
3. Better camera - the V3 already has a nice camera and I use a sony when I want to take important photos anyway

Just couldn't pass up the price on a phone with such flawless reviews. The only complaints listed in V3 reviews is price.

Um...hope you like having a phone without
EDGE. You know the v551 feature wise is better than the RAZR??? Especially if you were holding out for the v635....you are stupid, dude.

dude. The only thing I plan on using my phone for is talking. Not internet, not email, not MP3s, not a primary camera, etc.

Razr is excellent in clarity, speaker, no dropped calls, etc.

Also, it's $300 cheaper than v635.

Maybe one day I'll want those features and upgrade to v635 or something else.
