Pocket PC software compatibility

Currently I own an iPAQ 3975 PPC. I have been playing with the tought switching to a ppc/phone in one. Thank God for this great website I'm really going towards buying this model from Verizon. I have lots of pocket pc applications for my current PDA which I use regularly. Are they going to be compatible with this device? I'm also considering the Audiovox XV6600 unit. Any help is appreciated. Thanks! 😁

I have been successful in moving most of the software that I used in my IPAC 4350 to this phone. Having said that please be warned that when I installed Norton Anti virus it all went to hell. I started all over and install everything but Norton and it has worked great.

I'm glad everything worked out for you. I never used Norton on my PPC but being able to use my applications on the Samsung is priceless. 🙂
