Voice Memo =? Ringtones?

When you go to record a voice memo and when you save it there are a whole bunch of sounds.(The same as My Sounds) Can these be ringtones and if so how?

Not unless you have the data cable right Mary? Unless I'm misunderstanding the question. I mean I tried it after I read this question and I was able to do it. Not using BITPIM but the software(program) whatever, that came with the cable. But just from the phone, no you can't
