Okay I read numerous of forums about how to get the songs onto the phone and not one has helped me. I dont understand what the problem is. I have Version 4, I havea miniSD, i turned my phone off and turned it back on with the disk inside with nothing on it. I put the disk into my computer and moved the songs in the folder that said MP3. I put the disk back in my phone went to mp3 and it says "NO SONGS FOUND IM MEMORY CARD. I closed the phone and held down the play/pause button and it said the same thing. I dont know what else to do...is there some trick that I am not doing? Am I supose to jump on one foot or something...someone anyone that knows how i can get my music to play PLEASE tell me...THANK_YOU so much in advance!!!

What file names are you using?? (Try shorter file names, less than 32 or 34 characters). Also do not use any characters other than A-Z.

The files(songs) are in the folder(CD Name). Open the folder and see the files (songs). You need to transfer the files(songs) into the MP3 folder of the card.(You do have the folders on the card, don't you? If not forget everything until you format the card.) Do not create new folders in the MP3 folder of the card. Just dump all the song files into it. (With short names.) Hope that helps.

It sounds as if you are doing everything correctly. If they are MP3s on your computer they should work on the phone (They are MP3s on your computer aren't they???). What is an example name of the song file you are copying to the card? (ie "birthday song.mp3")

Did you format the card in the phone firtst? The formatting will create sub directories. YOu'll want to load your MP3's in the MP3 directory.

ok first thing you need to do is format the card. you do that by inserting the card into the phone. then go through the settings. then to system. then to manage memory. then to card memory.. then choose options on the right side, and it allows you to format.. when you have formatted the card, then you can take it out and transfer the mp3s onto the card and they will play
