MP3 option?
Does anyone know if the 8100s' mp3 player has an option of playing the songs in random order?

Yes it does. When the MP3 player is playing a song, the soft key (top right button) will change from rpt one to rpt all to shuffle. Just press it until you see shuffle.

Do you have the 8100? I just got the Samsung 950 and am a little dissapointed with it. Furthermore theres no "shuffle" or "random" option for the MP3s', very annoying if you have over 150 songs.

I too, got the 950 just to try it out and was also dissappointed with it. It's not all it's cracked up to be. The 8100 is soooooooooooooooooooooooooo much better.

Just remember that if you are using any ringtone other than the original ringtones that come on the phone, if you are using the mp3 player in shuffle mode it will turn your ringtone to static. All your ringtones thereafter will say static until you turn your mp3 player back on and turn it back off again.
