What's the bottom line. I have the V710 from Verizon and am not happy with it. I am due for an upgrade and was wondering which one of the two to get. Can anyone please give some advice. Someone who has researched it or has had both. It's got to work well with Bluetooth.

I have a hunch that most of the replies in this forum will steer you to the 8100, just a hunch.

Personally, i tend to like the 8100 a little more.. You can do more things with it and i do believe its a lil smaller. I have had experience with both of these phones. Both are great phones you cant go wrong with either one of them, me personally i tend to like the 8100. Wut u could do is compare both the phones on the website and see which one suits ur needs better.

As a person who's had a Moto before, I can definately say that the 8100 is better. Not because I have it and I love LG phones, but it's because the software is a lot easier to work with. With Moto, it takes going through 3 different menus to get to what you want but with LG it's one menu. I found that Moto menus/software was a lot more difficult and a hassel to use. LG is straight forward. I asked a few VZW reps about the difference between the two and that's the main thing they commented about. So, I hope this helps you. I was in the same boat as you and I ended up going with the LG. Also, Moto battery l...

I would wait and check out the Samsung A90. I have the LG VX8100 and love it and probably would love the Samsung too. The only flaw to the 8100 is the camera. But you can work around it. Everything else about the 8100 is GREAT! But I want to check out the new Samsung A90 because of the 2 megapixel camera. I might hear it feels a bit flimsy because of the swivel screen. But you should go to A Verizon or Best Buy store and try them all out.

What is it that you don't like about the 710? There's a chance that those same things that you don't like in that phone are the same way in the 815. Check into it.
