ok i have a mac. i have a cable. i have bitpim. i have the vx8100. WHAT ELSE DO I FREAKIN NEED for bitpim to detect this phone??? all it does is charge when i put it in my computer!

I had the same question. Since you can't download the driver I guess on to the computer because it is MACINTOSH, Im guessing it doesn't reckognize the phone. Verizon said that the drivers dont work on MAC but I didnt ask them about how to get the computer to reckognize the phone.
