Phone was in a Verizon Store on display and for sale today in Orange Coounty, NY. It is one big ugly, clunky phone.

I am thinking this person must be looking at the wrong phone. Maybe the 8000. This phone is nowhere near "big and clunky". Especially not compared to the other phones at Verizon. This phone does have flaws but design and build are not among them. Plus, I was told that no showrooms could show them until the 15th because of the soft launch but I could be wrong.

The 8100 is smaller than the lg-6100 or the lg-vx6000 and slightly bigger than the samsung 670.
