When the a$$es are in the seats - ... I mean, when the BOXES ARE IN THE STORES, then the phone is close to being released, no matter what or who anyone talked to or what rumors you hear.
Most (that's "most" not "all") verizon employees don't know squat, and the fact you're reading this message means you know more than 95% of them already.
And WHEN the BOXES hit the STORES, I'm sure there will be dozens of VZW reps who will post here that they have the boxes in their store-rooms, as well as the sale placards, dummy phones, accessories, manuals, etc.
Why you're all foaming at the mouth over all these tiny little scraps of mis-information and rumors is just crazyness. I want the phone just as much as anyone else... it will get h...

Why "complain" about others posts when all it really is, is some good natured fun and speculation taking place. Half the enjoyment of getting that "latest" phone is what this forum is all about 🙂🙂

Amen to that. It is fun to get all caught up in the anticipation. sure - maybe we get a little crazy at times on here, but in the scheme of things- what does it really matter?

I KNOW the 8100 will be out during the next full moon in July, a little birdie told me, (it was a blue jay.) But if it doesn't come out on that day, then it will be the next day, or a Sunday at 3:15pm. Just the right time for all year school kids to get out of class and buy one.

😁 I think it's fun to just read this forum and see what new info people come up with. SOME of it at least is articles, the new manual on the website, etc. I'm anxiously waiting for the 8100 although if they said December, I'd probably break down and buy the 8000 since my $100 credit would be gone in 6 months.

hint, if you're out of contract don't worry about the 6 month thing. i've never talked to a sales rep that turned down a newe2 for that six month crap. vzw wants you to stay around and they'll honor it late.
