back of phone
has anyone seen any pics of the back of the phone? I wanted to know if it has the external antenna connector. I use it now with my 4500. Without it my phone is useless in my house.

haven't seen an actual pic but LG is pretty good about including the external jack. It should be compatible with your 4500 antenna. The big difference is a fully insgtalled car kit. That might require a different cradle.

Excuse my ignorance, but as much as I thought I knew about my phones, I had no idea that you could connect an additional external antenna to your phone....am I understanding what you're talking about correctly? that would be EXTREMELY helful, as I have very low signal in my house. Would you mind taking a minute to school an apparant novice on the subject? I am waiting to replace my Samsung i610 with the 8100, and I also use a VX-7000. Thanx in advance for your help!

his guy has them for most phones. Then antenna is universal and then it comes with an adapter for the specific model phone.
