S. Ericsson S710a and S710? What's the difference?

When I spoke to the gal at the Cingular store, she recommended the Sony Ericsson S710a. However, when I go to the Cingular website and check out the phone, it is listed as S710 without the "a."

What is the difference between the S710 and the S710a? I assume there is a difference and I don't want to get the wrong phone (if I do get this one).

same phone, the website doesn't list it as "a".. people come into the store all the time asking the same thing.

The "a" just stands for america. There is no difference between the s710a and the s710.
