Cleaning Smudges on The Lens
Is there any safe and Assured way to clean off a smudge on the camera lens, i got a small smudge somehow on both the lens and the mirror and it jus doesn't look prety with that on it plus havin a smudge i believe can mess up the camera performance if big enough. please any help would be greatly apreaciated

Use an eyewear cleaning cloth. or you could use the same method for cleaning cdrom lasers I suppose:
use at own risk.
mix some vinegar in water. I use bout 40/60 (60 water). insert q-tip and squeeze out excess.
Whipe lightly on lense and mirror without too much pressure. Then whipe lightly with dry end of q-tip to dry. no streaks, smudges or dust.

No! He doesn't want to do that...he wants to use either a brillo pad or similar steel wool! I quick scrub with that and he wont be able to tell there was a smudge there!
