Can't see phone in the SE "Phone Monitor" Software

I was able to pair the phone no problem(Bluetooth)... but the phone does not show up. This is causing issues with other apps - sync, Mobile networking wizard.

HELP!

there is an option to hide/show phone that might be your issue its set on hide as a default.. just a guess for u

Still cannot see it. It will show up if I flip over to IR - but I dont want to do that.
