(akaszuba) I'm with Cingular as most of you may already know, or some of you at least. And I am very very very satisfied with their service, I love it. Before the merger, were Cingular and AT&T really as bad I heard people say they were?

I've had AT&T for about 4 years now and I've never had a problem. I used to be a regular on the AT&T forum and I heard a lot of complaints, some seemed legit, but alot were just people not knowing what they're doing.

User error is to blame for a lot of the complaints anywhere with any piece of tech.

I am the network admin at my office and I must run into more people who've 'broken' something on their computer all because they didn't know what they were doing.
