Hey i ain't trying to get,flamed or nothin but seriuosly its time we all start believin the random talk and except the fact that the phone isn't coming out still janaury, i know we've seen all the ads and the comercials and stuff like that but bottom line, if the phone was goin to be out this week or next week somebody at cingular would have concrete information on its release. let me repeat, CONCRETE not jus guess and random bull they heard from somebody higher then them. as for a concrete release they didnt post on this forum that the z500 was out till the a day or so before it showed up in stores.. so as for people holding back i doubt that.. nobody knowz yet.i called a cingular store here in michigan the day before it came out and they had told me it was not out yet.. that meanz it was in stock and they didnt say or they just got the phones in that day either way we are not going to know a week or 2 in advance..

it is looking bad, i'll agree to that, but i still have faith. if they can release Napoleon Dynamite the week before Christmas, they can release the sony the day before christmas!

lol i like your determination. Man i still hope that this phone comes out before christmas, but i'm just lettin people know not to be disapointed. The fact that it may be delayed i believe was because of the late FCC approval which makes a lot of sense. I can't really think of a phoen thta came out a week after its approaval, lol more like a year later. But i still have hope but lets all not get mad if it doesn't, Although i know 4 sure it will be out by jaunaury. Thats a givin
