Motorola V551 / V330 / V547 / V555 / V557

Hey guys, im new here and i was hoping you could help me out. whenever i apply a picture as the wallpaper with the setting set to "fit-to-screen" it seems to blow up and only the center of the picture will show. now, if i set it to "center" the picture comes out too small and has bars on top and bottom of the picture. is there a setting i can set it to where the whole picture will show and not get butchered? ive tried messing with the settings but i just cant seem to get it. 😕
PS. i noticed that the standard pictures the phone came with have a resolution of 176x220. is there a way i can set my camera to that? thanks in advance
