no repetition of numbers in call log
Am I missing something . . . .
I have a HUGE issue with my V551 but cannot find any mention of the problem by any other posters. Perhaps ya'll know something that neither I nor the CS support at Cingular were able to figure out----
My missed call log will only show a number one time within its history. So if I receive multiple calls, from the same caller, I will still continue to see only one entry for that number. If I click on the details of the number I do see that it does update the time to the most recent call but will not reflect any of the other calls (even if they would be within the last 10 call history). This means that I can look at my phone and see that I missed say por ejemplo 8 calls but I would have no idea from whom. This d...

If you go to "Received Calls" it should list the missed calls individually. Answered calls will have a checkmark.

I somehow managed to post this reply origionally in the wrong thread! Ooopsy 🙂 Anyway
I have this exact same problem. I just got use to it not showing after a while. I have the nokia 8390 and it tracked all the calls & all the times they were missed or recieved. My cell provider gave me a new Moto V300 after the first 2 years of service & even though it has a colour screen & camera I miss my Nokia.
Now, the thing is that last week I left my phone in my car & my b.f called about 9times & it was a miracle b/c the V300 finally showed he did call more then just once. (When previously it would have just showed 1 missed call b/c it was from the same number).
& Now the phone works properly ALL the time. (it still doesn't show what time all ...
