I currently have a V300. Does anybody know if I can get the software flashed (upgraded) to a V330 w/o physically buying the V330?

probably not possible. the v300 is part of the triplet series (v300, v400, v500, v600) and that series refers to the software type in the phone. the v551 (i have cingular), v330 if you prefer, is part of the "r47" software series and to my knowledge is not possible.

Hi,
two thing the different is not physical one is just that they call the phone in a different name when there is more then one Carrier.
My Question is very simple i wanna know what the player and what kind of operating system the device support. It can be Real player it can be Microsoft. But what i talk about isn't an audio it about video streaming, you know what it is?

thank you
Lihi 😁

its just motorola's basic phone software and audio player built in, and there is no way to replace it with real player or windows media. it would have to be a smartphone to do that, while it is a good phone, it is not a smartphone (i.e. windows mobile, palm os, symbian). as far as video goes, you can download videos in the .3gp file format, but to my knowledge, it will not stream, you have to download it. you can get a data cable from ebay for under $10 that will allow you to do that.

hope that answers your questions.
