HS810 and HS850
Question for you all. The new bluetooth headset the HS850 says it will work on v505 and some other models as well as all 1.2 bluetooth phones.
I am looking at getting the HS810 but the 850 has better batt life.
Question is: Will the HS850 work on my V551?

BT is backwards compatible. There's only a handful of 1.2 phones. Also, while there are some things that support 2.0, like Apple Powerbooks, I don't know of any headsets that are 2.0. 1.2 is the best you're going to get and yes, it will work with your 1.1 v551. You, of course, will not get the benefits of having a 1.2 with that v551.
