Based on my research, I decided to buy the Jabra Freespeak 250. Almost all reviews recommend Jabra Freespeak 250. I never used other BT headset and I have nothing to compare. But I like this unit. It has feedbacks by different types of beeping. This can be a big plus. I tried it with SE T637 and V551, and both phones worked flawlessly. To me the price was bit high, but I found it at http://www.monarchtechnology.com for about $65. It was a good deal.
