this phone was really only just announced. Due to that fact there will be absolutely 0 production models on the market, period. You won't be able to buy a production model until they're released en mass to the public. Anything you see between now and then is either (most likely scenario) a scam, or (least likely, but still not worth it) a prototype. Prototypes are more often than not more trouble than they're worth.
The basic moral to the story is, have patience, it will be out, just not right now. Either way you get it, it's gonna be expensive though.

what is the price going to be? i have the v710 but my brother has Cingular and is also watching for this release and he loves my v710 but if this v3 is gonna be more than a v710 then its not worth it in my eyes! I'd rather buy a nice notebook!

verizon gets one good phone once in a while and they keep that phone forever like the LG. Verizon cdma is losing it man. GSM rocks all over the would. Nokia has a Megapixel camera phone too.
