Another messaging problem

Firstly - elo all. Hope you can help.

I've got a real problem with my RAZR when it comes to messages.

I've searched this forum but cant find anything that can help me on this..this thread seemed most like it..https://www.phonescoop.com/phones/p_forum .php?fm=m&ff=547&fi=430429

Anyhoo here it is..

1) I get a message, I want to reply. Instead of having an option to "reply", I have "Back" and "Setup". The menu button offers "delete","call back","chat"..etc nothing of help.

I tried to set up a shortcut to "Send Message" - cant do it. ny ideas please of how to sort this out before I throw this thing in the sea???

2) Also how do you send multiple texts? I have only the option to send it to the one person!

i have never heard of anything like that. either you just need to get a new razr or a new phone because something is definitely wrong with that picture. i know wasnt really of ant help but i dont think there is a way around that except getting a whole new phone
