Motorola RAZR V3

"Cingular Video" is never going to work on the Razr. You have to get a 3G Cingular phone like the Samsung ZX10 to use that service. The Razr has only the slow GPRS data speeds. It doesn't even have EDGE. It has to have UMTS or HSDPA to be called "3G". I know they are making a new version of the Razr like the V3X that will be 3G in the states. The only Razr right now that will do a video service is the V3m with Verizon Wireless.
