Upgrading Firmware

hey, i bought my black razr last september and i found out that there is a version of the same razr that has video capture on it. is there any way i can upgrade my firmware on my phone..or do i have to do something else.

Most Motorola authorized service centers will have the ability to do the upgrade (the really have to be certified, not just pretend certified). Oh, and they'll probably charge you to do it.

well i called the hotline to get my replaced, does that mean they'll give me a razr with the new firmware?

or you can just go to www.themotoguide.com and follow the instructions EXACTLY, and in 30 minutes or so you'll have the newest firmware with video recording. The menu response is much faster too. I just finished upgrading mine
